I ordered a rack, but it arrived with broken pieces sealed with glue. It was unusable, couldn't even hold hangers. Despite multiple messages, they ignored me, showed no concern, and didn't resolve the issue. Their return/exchange policy is untrustworthy. After sending order details repeatedly, they only asked me to disassemble it and went silent again. Lost money on a worthless product. Avoid them. Their business practices are questionable, and their products aren't worth the money.
